We’re excited to announce a partnership with RAK DAO. It’s a partnership that will make each of the sides stronger. Together, we will be able to offer clients both an advantageous regulatory setup and an effective governance mechanism. This is an easy fit since we both believe in improving governance, including by making DAOs more effective and transparent.

As background, RAK DAO, which stands for Ras Al Khaimah Digital Assets Oasis, is a Free Zone dedicated to digital assets established by the forward-thinking government regulator in the UAE. We had the honor of being invited to their Launch Event, where RAK DAO introduced the world to their plans for giving DAOs a strong and reputable foundation not only in the realm of regulations but also in governance. This latter part is where The DeXe DAO Studio fits into their plans with our easy-to-use, advanced platform for creating turnkey DAOs and governing them in a transparent, democratic, and equitable way.

When giving regulatory backing to new DAOs, RAK wants to ensure that they are built for effective management and sustainable governance success. With governance mechanisms that promote decentralization, expertise-based decision making, and smart distribution of rewards, the Studio provides these DAOs with a path to long-term prosperity. Flexible settings of voting and quorums, fair rewards for participation and delegation, the ability to create metagovernance constructions, and many more of the Studio’s advantages can give new DAOs the tools they need to reach the full extent of their mission.

The first DAOs to be registered with RAK DAO and governed via the DeXe DAO Studio are expected as soon as in the next couple of months.
